Unboxing was easy it was well packed and protected. The assembly was easy I did put the handlebar in the upright and the folding pedals on. To fold the pedals you push in and down which allows for packing in a car.I rode it around a parking lot to test it and so far everything works as it should. I would like to say the rear shock is especially nice and a comfortable ride. I plan to take it on a long ride this weekend and will update as time goes along.

There are a lot of e-bikes on the market right now and this one seems to have the best bits of all of them for a pretty reasonable price!
Pros:
- Folds very easily
- Sturdy construction
- Dual shocks!
- Very fast (I've gotten up to 35 mph)
- You can ride it WITHOUT the assist (this was a nice suprise - I thought with a bike this heavy it'd be impossible to ride without the assist but it isn't at all)
- Comfortable to ride
- Thumb throttle and ergonomic handles are easy on the wrists!

I was really nervous about purchasing an electric bike. I feared that if I ran out of electricity I would be stuck, this is not the case with this the Tesgo STT. I can actually ride this thing 12 and 15 miles unassisted just like with my mountain bike! There are a couple drawbacks and there is a small learning curve. The 1st CON is it is kind of heavy (but powerful), my right heel of my hiking boot regularly brushes against the rear power cable but I fixed that by ordering "9/16 inch pedal extensions" for around $14 from Amazon, the pedal assist is somewhat abrupt and take some getting used to. On the PRO side it can be riden just like a normal bike, with gas prices SKYROCKETING this powerful bike operates on pennies, it really doesn't take up more space than a regular bike, it can fold down into a space about half its size and it goes FAST! Lastly, I don't ride my mountain bike during the high summer because of the heat but I'm really looking forward to going cruising the summer because I don't have to pedal and become overheated.

With all the options for electric bikes available it can be a difficult decision on whom to trust. I am glad I ordered from TESGO. Any questions or concerns were addressed within a reasonable time.We ordered 2 bikes, one black one grey.Both bikes build quality is exceptional. They arrived intact and undamaged. Very well packaged, assembly was easier than expected. Aside from placing the handlebars into the down tube you only have to install the pedals. So actual assembly was about 10 min. Took longer to remove all the protective padding.Our maiden voyage was a 10 mile 45min bike ride over some mostly hilly terrain. Cycling through PAS 2-5 we only drained 2 bars on the battery. (That was also pulling the pet carrier with puppy in tow)As for the display, I initially thought I wanted a color display, but after riding you really only look for distance and battery life. (And mode, but you’re to busy enjoying the ride to worry about the display)Final thought on an electric bike. If you’ve never ridden one, it’s as if you are always coasting down hill! Pedaling is effortless and the ride is so enjoyable.I will (and have) refer this bike to others and would order again. - Enjoy

I have had this bike for a few weeks now and it is impressive for town commuting. My sole vehicle is at staying at home unless needed for weather conditions. The bike stays at a constant speed using peddle assist between 28 and 31 on flat ground. It does pull you up the overpasses with little effort. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an e-bike. The bike is bigger than it looks in the picture. It does have some weight to it but is not made of cheap material. I was built to last.
