Tesgo E-bike Controller

Paid for the STT-S controller says they had 8 in stock then I was told they have none in stock and am waiting to see if they can get one fitted for my bike trying to stay hopefull that I'll actually get it and sometime soon before the snow comes.

I waited over 2 months to receive the controller

Purchased our bikes in 2022. We love them. Very sturdy, well build and move along really quickly. Most recently we have had to replace both controllers and it has taken a long time to get customer service to follow up. If you are purchasing any replacement parts (in our case the controllers) make sure you have your original purchase/order number and you will need to take the controller out and take pictures of it and make sure you show all wires. This will certainly help you along. Regardless there will be alot of back and forth over the period of at least two weeks before they actually approve the purchase and send the unit, then another 1 1/2 weeks to receive it. Not the best process but it worked. We are still waiting to hear about our second controller and it has been almost a week since I ordered it. Overall the bikes themselves are excellent. Just be prepared to wait to hear back from customer service if you need assistance. Also there are only a handful of repair shops in Canada.
